What I do for a living
I am currently employed as a Principal Software Enginer for Wyle Information Systems, LLC. I work as a contracter for NASA at the Goddard Spaceflight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland as a member of the Science Support Center for the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope mission.
I also work as a part-time instructor for the Brigham Young University Department of Physics and Astronomy in Provo, Utah where my wife is a full time faculty member.
You might be wondering how I teach in Utah and work in Maryland. This is possible because the Fermi mission allows me to telecommute full time from my home in Utah.
